When it comes to your house the foundation is where it all starts, we at Buffalo River Homes can suggest what style of foundation for your area would work best taking into account soil type and frost depths.
Heat Fighting OSB
The OSB roof decking we provide has radiant barrier as a Reflective coating that helps keep the temperature of your attic under control and assist more with combating high energy bills.

THE ADVANTAGES TO USING OUR KITS
High performance Insulated walls
We use Thermatechs TBS pre-insulated wall panels to build all plate-height exterior walls. This eliminates almost all thermal bridging and air intrusion to get you a performance R-value of 34+ insulation. This R-Value greatly combats high energy bills and is one of the best energy saving options on the market.
Engineered Plans
We believe that if you're building a house, it should be to the highest standard. If your location requires engineering we will work with engineers on all foundations, exterior walls, interior walls, and truss systems. (this option is available if you desire it even without location requirements)
